I went to Starbucks to grab a sandwich and a coffee for breakfast. It was down the street from where I had spicy rice cake yesterday. Today I caught a taxi to Namsan Park. I prefer to take taxi than go by bus or train even though taxi is more expensive. It was a 20 minute drive from the hotel to the park. Right in the middle is the Seoul Tower which is 237m. You can take an elevator the top of the tower. The fare is 9 000 won. Inside the tower there was a teddy bear museum full of teddy bears from all sizes even the ones bigger than me. Salutations. Yesterday was my last day staying at Hotel PJ. Finally went to see Jieun at around 3 up at Anguk station. We went to this place that's apparently a tourist attraction. Bunch of stores and shops, y'know. It wasn't much of a big deal. Meeting her wasn't too awkward. After a bit of walking around, we went to eat (I was starving--remember the last entry?) So yeah, we found the place she was planning for us to go to(i think it was the right place) Dude, Koreans really utilize space. It's like a maze of stores and restaurants everywhere you go. I was supposed to call Jin's friend Jieun yesterday about meeting up today, but I couldn't because I left her phone number at the hotel. So I called her this morning but she was in class. We eventually spoke and arranged to meet up at 2 today. I got hungry though and decided to go out and get me some food! Went around again looking for a place to eat, but then I got really scared. It's intimidating walking into a restaurant and not knowing what to say. Walked around awkwardly, telling myself to just go in somewhere. Saw a stand on the street that had this desert-thing and got one of those. It looked like a flat roll of bread. Really thin. That was good. So I had successfully made a purchase.
