Hi Everyone

We have just completed 2 days of coach education courses in the Rift valley sports club Nakuru. It has been a hard 2 days with long hours baking under the hot sun. We are all quite tired and a few are a feeling a bit under the weather, but luckily we have a rest day tomorrow to recuperate prior to 5 days coaching in 10 different primary schools!

Friday we spent at the teachers training college in Nakuru, again running a coaching course. This was the second teachers training college we been to after Kericho, and was quite different but no less enjoyable. The kids were again very enthusiastic and learnt alot from the day.

In the what we have learnt section: 1) You should not run next to a swimming pool (Rob) 2) Tea goes in the cup not the tablecloth (Ali) 3) food goes in mouth not table cloth (Ali) 4) You should always hold it in if its a hole in the floor (Rufey) 5) Should always keep it simple when making a speech (Reuben) 6) If de-hydrated late night g & t's not advisable (Team leader James) 7) when asking James T what silly things you have done, you should really ask what silly things haven't you done

Speak tomorrow!
