Drove up from Nornalup running on empty (note to self, do not expect fuel stops every 20 miles on an island the size of Australia), but happily made it without having to walk for gas. Pemberton Farm (where we are staying) is wonderful - the chalet overlooks a field full of horses (eurghhh), sheep (no reaction) and roos (aaaahhh), and there is also a pool, a playground, a trampoline, and a morning feeding session (more "aaaahhhs") of the animals.
