Hello everyone this our first attempt at blogging so hang with us and well hope to make it as much fun for you as it is for us. So lets see today is July 10, 2008. Chris and I set out on our adventure on June 3, 2008. Our great intentions of blogging often haven’t worked out so well. What can I say we’ve been having too much fun. So, well try to catch you up a little at a time. We purchased our new home, a lance truck camper (now known as Big Red, standing a frightful 12’9” tall) in April. Check it out! Chris and I took her for on her maiden voyage in May. We did a 5 day trip through Cheeha State Park in Alabama, and moved along to Tallula Falls, Ga ... read more

Hi Guys Well we were lucky enough to be in Atlanta for the 4th July fireworks at Centennial Park. AND we were lucky enough to meet a great bunch of guys and girls who spent the entire weekend showing us around and taking us out! What luxury! They took us to an expensive shopping mall to try on Gucci clothes and $30,000 watches then took us out to dinner, aquarium and the Westin Revolving Tower for a 360 view of the city. How lovely jubbly! We're now in DC for our last couple of days, so see you very soon! Love Bex... read more

A couple days ago I set off for a trip to Savannah Georgia. Now having complete (blind) faith in the car, actually I don't, I'm just telling myself its completly reliable. But never the less, I headed up I95 eventually arriving at Savannah, unfortunately taking a wrong turn off as I got to Savannah and doing an unplanned tour of the suburbs while trying to find the historic part of town. The map that I had taken only showed the historic part of Savannah not how to get there. Eventually locating it and finding a parking spot, map in hand I was off to find the info centre. After walking a few blocks in the heat etc I found the info centre, and their carpark.................. So after purchasing the prerequasite fridge magnet as my girlfriend is ... read more
