We went for coffee to McDonalds across the street and Mick recognised the Head teacher from the Yarram High School, Lyn and Lynette arrived in Hong Kong on Saturday, small world. We run into the four from Pakenham quite often, twin sisters who married brothers, usually meet them all in the lounge at 4pm free wine and snacks, no beer so we bring our own. They leave tomorrow for Bali their brothers 50th birthday.
Mick booked us on the Victoria Harbour Dinner cruise for tonight, picked up at the Hotel and dropped back, cannot wait to see the Symphony of Lights on the Harbour while cruising, hard life!
Great buffet and the cruise on the Harbour was nice, the lights did not come up to expectation but wonder if it was because of the smog. Good night though with entertainment and only a small number of us for a change. The tour guide pointed out the buildings on the other side of the harbour explaining middle class accommodation but they pay $30,000 per sq inch for the space, our bedroom at home would be worth $500,000!

Said goodbye to the people from Pakenham this morning then took the
Emperor, Tiffany and Co, Cartier
We did not bother going inside these places, other jewellers had Jade jewellery $656,000 Hk over a $100,000 Aus. courtesy bus to Kowloon Station, caught the train to Hong Kong and caught a Ferry back to Kowloon, seeing a different side of the island then previously. The smog was terrible, could not get any good photo's so we had lunch and then caught the train to Kowloon Station. We became very lost and found three floors above the station that had shops, hotels, eateries but could we find our way to the bus or even outside? Walked for ages and were very tired by the time we found a bus that took us back to our Hotel, it is a bitch getting old.

Up and ready to go Jade Market today and Sit Sik Yuen Wong Tai Sin Temple, without getting lost, will use Google maps today on my iPhone. We have an invitation to meet for drinks in the lobby of the hotel tonight from 6pm - 7pm.
What a day Jade Market, I was grabbed and had all sorts of stuff stuck on fingers and my arm, they tried Mick, good luck with that they learned.
Next we went to the Temple, just incredible even learned how to interlock fingers with twine and make a wish then
Cruise Ship in the Hong Kong Harbour
One day we will give it a go, met a few who fly in stay three days then take a cruise. tie it to the rope between the Budda's. Mick wished for Tattslotto numbers! We walked through the Good Wish Gardens then took the MTR to the next station. The Nan Lian Garden at Diamond Hill which was connected to The Buddhist nunnery. 35,000 sq. m. and just beautiful, built in the Tang style. a world heritage site with a view to promote the long hisory of China and to strengthen the people of Hong Kong's awareness and appreciation of traditional Chinese culture.
We also had a look at the Ceremic works by Cao Feng and his Disciples, they were also amazing.
We arrived back at the Hotel had a nap and then went to the lobby for drinks and nibbles and a good catch up with different people we have met, finally one of them directed us to a really good Chinese restaurant, five minutes around the block, was a really good meal.
