HmmmmHmmmmHmmmm

Whilst packing the tea towels away I opened the bottom drawer and look what I found.
When Shirley and Dave emailed to see if we wanted to join them for the Charles Stuart University Vintage Dinner (wine of course) to be held in Wagga Wagga on 9 November we of course accepted. It will be great to catch up with them again and we will also be joined by another friend Jenny - we haven't seen her since Dave's 60th birthday and that was coming up 10 years ago.

With reference to our little friend on the right, he has been elusive since we came home in August - hiding all over the house. He has been told, he WILL be returning to WA very soon.

Wagga Wagga, (pronounced Woga Woga and shortened to Woga for our overseas readers) is 963 kms away from where we live in Brinkworth. The van was in being checked, so we planned to go the motel route, then got a phone call yesterday to say that it was ready to collect, so off we went, picked it up, did some shopping, filled up with fuel, came home and packed things back in and are now ready to head off first thing tomorrow morning. We were so busy we missed the telecast of the Melbourne Cup - how un-Australian in that!

Just a quick 1 week trip, but we are really looking forward to being back out there. It is amazing just how quickly we can get our stuff together, get the van packed and be ready to go.

We don't know which way we are going to head, have no idea of where we hope to spend tomorrow night, but we have food, wine, beer, kindle's packed with books to read and the DVD's of Foyles War to watch.

Happiness.....

Disease is called Jealousy
So impressed with your organizational skills. Wish it was us, but we are at least talking & planning. I was thinking of Shirley today & thinking "wonder if she would mind me contacting her"? Interested in her thoughts on the back support she purchased to help her back while traveling. Saw them last Sunday at the Caravan Show. They seem fine on hard chair seats, but not sure about softer car seats. Have a great time. What's happening to Princess?

Princess
Princess has a personal servant who will attend her twice daily and even comes and sits with her for a couple of hours. Gets walks around the garden and lots of cuddles.
