We're sitting in the food court at the Orlando Airport. We just ate (McDonalds!!!) and will be boarding at 11:45. We're pretty excited.

I hear you are about to go through customs now (Charles de Gaule). Praise God - You've arrived safely!!! Thanks for setting up the blog, great idea. Hold tight to your purses, let loose your imaginations! Enjoy yourselves. Please send Rebecca our love. My wife and I are praying prayers of protection around all of you travelers. Like to request 2 small things: please remind her to have her picture taken next to Rodin's "Thinker" if allowable (The Louve) - and also consider places you might get hold of movie posters or a few examples of placards, public postings in French that are commonly displayed (tacked up) at subway stations or along the boulevards... (these make great - and cheap- keepsakes, that are routinely trashed anyway). Take care. Curt Carver
