NO PICTURES FOR THIS DAY EITHER --- AND I HAD SOME REALLY GOOD ONES

Up and ready to head to our next stop with the sun shining. We decided to stay at Darien State Park campground outside of Buffalo.

We are finding out there is a lot to know about owing an RV ----Geez.
There is so much that can go wrong. Glad we have the manuals the previous owner had kept as a resource. I really did not think I would ever need or use another manual after I retired... ha ha & wrong.

The wiper blades are still not fixed, but we don’t need them so that’s okay — at least for today.

We decided to stay off the turnpike driving into New York State around Buffalo. Highway 20 was our choice to travel on. Come to find out this highway is the “Chautauqua Wine Trail.” Grapevine fields are growing everywhere. There are also tons of wineries, but because the RV & truck was 50 feet long we were unable to pull over to check them out. Probably a good thing, I doubt our AAA membership includes sending out a designated driver?

It was so beautiful and I would love to share my pictures, but my flashdrive ate my pictures!!😞 RATS

After arriving at the campground. we decided to take it easy (boring) and get ready for the big day to Niagara Falls on Sunday (10-11). We also found out that this was going to be the last weekend the campground would be open. We are sure lucky that we are staying ahead of the campground closings.

Remember that, “Happiness is a journey not a designation.”
