a quick look around Germany

well this happened over a month ago but whatever, it was a great week of catching up with some cool friends, partying, hauling ass down speedlimit-less autobaans, history lessons, and lots of other good stuff so I thought it'd be better late then never. at first I wasn't even going to see really any of Germany, but when I got to Koln to meet up with Isabel, Tim had other Ideas so it was all on! had a great night drinking quality beer with Isabel and her Boyf Kristoff in a famous german beer hall, then Tim picked me up the next day in a brand new Audi A6 and we boosted up up to Berlin going like 200clicks most of the way - awesome! was really cool having a look around Berlin and learning all about the aftermath of the war, seeing whats left of the Berlin Wall and all that. Tim was a great tour guide, and even better party guide because each night we went out and had a great time with various differant friends of his. Basically Berlin was great, not the prettiest city in parts becuase they're still recovering from the war, but definately worth a visit for sure.

and for a bit of catch up because I've been so bad with emails so far this year(still no internet at my new flat so sorry about that) I'm back in London now, slaving my butt off so I can get back on the road again when summer comes in the middle of the year some time. My flat is cool, we're starting to get all the little things that make a home a home which is nice, sunday roasts are becoming a bit of a regular thing, and my good mate Paul Hart just moved into my room the other week so the family's getting bigger all the time too. Had a great Valentines Day on Tuesday, allthough no hot date, I went out and watch Lynfield play another great gig to a packed venue just off Leciester Square so I was happy as a honeymooner.

when we got to Tims place, we looked at all his photos from South America and Asia, then stayed up all night plotting how we were going to conquer the world. it was a great night
