We got off the boat at 9am - the last group off. Then went to the Hotel we started in the Rosdale on Robson. Very nice but a lot different to the hotels and the ship that we had just left. Oh well we have to come back down to earth sometime.

It was an absolutely beautiful day in Vancouver so we decided to have another go at Grouse Mountain. We were a bit more savvy this time and took the ferry and local bus, worked out at about 1/2 the price we had paid for a tour. Oh well - it does take a while to work out buses etc.

Value for money Grouse mountain is a great tour. We went to the information office which is down near the Cruise terminal and purchased a $9.00 whole day ticket for ferry, buses and skyway. Then we bought our passes for the sky lift for I think $35.00 much cheaper that $119.00 each for the tour. On Grouse Mountain there was no extra charge for the wood chopping and seeing the bears and the bird flying demo. GREAT!
