My Potential Summer Itinerary

For this summer I am working as a voluntary tour leader for Oak Hall, a Christian holiday company based in Otford, Kent. I went on their trips (ski trips initially) as a guest, enjoyed them and came back often physically tired, but spiritually refreshed, and always with a number of new friends - some of whom I've stayed in touch with, some, inevitably not! Facebook always helps though...

After discussions with Tim today, this is my planned itinerary (always subject to change):

• 24-31 May Venice This one's definite
  (Venice, Venetian Riviera, Verona, Burano, Murano)
  
• 7 June - 5 July: Europe Tour
  (Bruges, Rhine Valley, Prague, Vienna, Austrian Alps, Venice, Rome, Tuscany, Italian Lakes, Lucern, Paris)
  
• 19-26 July: Venice
  (different hotel, otherwise as above)
  
• 2-15 August: Eastern Europe Tour
  (Prague, Krakow, Budapest, Bratislavia)
  
• 20-29 August: Portugal
  (Coimbra, Nazere, Porto). This has now changed to Andorra.
  
• 8-20 September: Italy Tour
  (Venice, Rome, Tuscany, Pisa, Lake Maggiore)
  
• 25 Oct-1 Nov: Spanish Med is also pencilled in.
  

On 9th July I'm also hoping to go to a day of the Justifying War Conference at the University of Kent.

Sounds fantastic!
I'm also a Christian and would be interested in working for Oak Hall, but couldn't see any links to vacancies. Any idea on how I'd go about working as a tour leader?
