On arrival at Las Vegas airport, Ross kindly offered to pick me up in the car he and Bowzer had hired that day. However, I then spent an hour trying to find them, with only Bowzer to help me. I got to them in the end, according to Dave, the problem was there are 2 Terminal 2s. Hmmm.

Ross wanted to take a drive out to the Valley of Fire Indian Reserve, supposedly half an hour away. We finally got there after an hour and a quarter where we were awed by the sight of...a petrol station and an off licence. Those Indians really know how to live. Dejectedly we headed back and on the journey Dave filled me in on what had happened since I'd been away, with frequent interruptions from Ross correcting him.

When I got to the MGM Grand, I was amazed at how big the place was. I'd been to Vegas when I was 13, but couldn't recall the scale of it. Surprisingly I managed to find my room OK without getting lost, then the 3 of us headed out to lose our shirts.

Dining is quite expensive in the hotels, but we found a cheap ish place in the Grand before we went over to New York New York for a flutter. After quickly spunking away my $40 for the night (big spender I know) we thought we'd just go for drinks instead. First to Coyote Ugly where we had to listen to nu-metal and be called assholes for an hour, then to the Hooters casino where we stared at the barmaid's boobs. So distracting were they, that before we knew it, it was 8 am. Time for breakfast. Then another cheeky beer before bed - JC and darrel were arriving at 4, so we had to look our best...

Hooters
Distracting are they? I bet you couldnt get a word of sense from Bowz the whole time you were in there. Or should that be just 'the whole time?!'
