Well here I am finally, in Peru. Well in the place I´m supposed to be not in some weird guesthouse panicking. Lima was good fun, I staying in a place called Friend´s House´and it was on... JOSE GONZALES street. I love that name although not the guy so much. Of Gomez had more names he would be Gomez Jose Gonzalez... anyway.
The people I´m with are nice we spend most of our time playing card which is lame really but more on that later. Lima was good fun, very hot. We met up with these Columbian and Ecuadorian girls who were a friend of a friend of Laura´s and went out for dinner with them. Although it wasn´t really dinner it was more like sitting in cafe courth but was still nice. Then all of a suddne this random band comes and marched through the shopping centre. It was very surreal.
The next day we took the 8 hour bus to Huaraz and it was ok actually. The steas were loke first class airplane seats and we got to see nihgt at the museum. We drove through a desert and over some mountains. When we arrived we went straight to

Very Strange
the hostel which is really nice. I felt quite out of breath and light headed because of the altitude but I´m used to it now.
The next day we went to ultimate freisbee whichis basically a load of ex pats coming together to play frisbee. It was good but tiring, and we explored the town afterwards.
There was some kind of parade to do with Easter which was cool, there was coloured sand on the roads in patterns which the parade walked through. then all of a sudden we were interviewed by a TV station and we all had to say in unison ´hey! come to huaraz!¨ which was quite surreal. Actually last night me and Luara saw the programme that we were on but we missed seeing us. How sad.
So yeah we spent all night just playing cards, till like 2am and overslept the next day. we hung around the hostel and explored the town. We then went tou to a club called El Diablo which was fun although we were all knackered s left at 1am. And endid up playing cards. Very lame. Bruni and the other hostel workers only came in at like 5am, they do

Jessica, Lauara, Me and Tom on out first night
like to party those guys.
And yeah the next day we went to a resturaunt and got very cheap food. Like i had a litre of mango juice, a pizza and payed for Laura´s hamburger cos I owed her money and it came to just over a pound!!! Then that night we went to our host families, me and laura are together and Tom and Jessica are at another ouse out of town which is aparentely HUGE. I´m jealous.
That nihgt was the noisiest night ever, dogs were howling and barking and cats wre running over our roof and chickens were crowing in the morning. Plus i was throwing up alot and I had stomach cramps, I think I ate something funny. And yeah today we start our Spanish lessons.
I stupidly managed to delete half my photos yesters, instead of copy I did cut and so I´ll put up the ones that I do have. Oh well.
Love you all xxxxxxxxxx
PS i think I´m gonna try and come back earlier, like beginning of Sept! Yay!
