Hervey Bay Hospital!! - the injurys!

Well here they are..............the long awaited pictures to show the extent of my wounds!! hehe
just for you mum aswell we took a picture of our fabulous accomadition for the night! cleanest hostel we have been in so far!! haha

well you will all be glad to know as i know you all must be worrying like hell about my health (yeah right), that things are going ok.
visited a hospital in mackay yesterday for a 'wound check' (their words not mine) and they are pleased with how it is healing. no sign of infection which is good. should get stitches out either monday or tuesday! they have taken the bandages off and just left dressing so it doesnt look half as bad............which is a shame as i was getting used to all the attention! hehe

we are at airlie beach at the mo heading off on our whitsundays trip tommorrow. i have stocked up on waterproof patches as im not supposed to get it wet which is a bugger! but hopefully it will be ok, i test ran the patches in the shower this morning and they look good! hehe

well thankyou for all the cards and flowers............haha, yeah right..................the messages were great glad you were all concerned!

p.s - the photos are a bit blurry sorry but we were trying to take them quickly before the nurse got back........maybe get some better ones later when i take it off!

Hi Emms, was going to ring you but Tom said it would cost you a bomb-forgot about that. Hope you're ok!!! Looks like it was your left arm so that was lucky. Not the prettiest thing in the world... and as for your wounds, not looking too bad!! he he! Whitsunday's are amazing, not quite sure how you're gonna not get them wet and hold onto boat but i'm sure you'll cope - it'll be worth it!1 it truly is amazing!1 have fun, thinking of you whilst i'm doing all my uni work - ahh!! on farm on sat, will say hi to everyone for you! love tracey xxx
