Can a hotel kick you out?

Say you want to book a room at a hotel for the weekend (Thurs-Sunday) but the hotel does not have availablity for Sat. night...I heard a rumor that technically they can\'t kick you out of the hotel if you are already in...any truth to this? Reply to this

Totally fiction. They have the right to kick whoever they want out whenevr they want to kick them out. If you signed something at the front desk, the disclaimer was most likely there. Its a business afterall and so long as its not against the law (ie: discriminatory) they can kick you out.
