Hey mates
I opened a language school for colombians and I need native teachers. Also and offering spanish courses for foreigners and I offer cheap and clean and well located accommodation if need it. The most important I opened a children foundation so we can pay children education and that you can meet many locals and live a real colombian way of life.

I'm looking for volunteer/paid work this summer (June - Sept 2008) and am planning on going to Colombia. Whereabouts is your school? I have a TEFL cert and have worked in English language schools on and off since 2002.

i am currently traveling threw colombia. im in bucaramanga now and am planning on traveling to the coast,santa marta, and am looking for a travel companion. would you be interested in checking out the coast!?

I'm still in Ireland- I'm going to Caracas on Monday, but I'm thinking of heading east along the coast there before I go to Colombia, so I'd not be around there for quite some time. I see it is some some time since u post the topic.
however im going to Colombia now 20. of feb. , and i am looking for some sort of voulenteer work, eather paid of free ( if accomondation is there after)
I am Born Colombian, but adopted in my early years. and feel like the time is right to pay a visit, learning about my country while doing something good...
My spanish is on a beginner level, but will continue my practice before travel, and hopfulle i will attend a course when arriving in bogota..
I suppose i will spend the most of my time near the coast. and hope there is possibilities near it.
My Needs are few, if accomondation is covered , suppose where i´ll be , is where i Should be , i will stay for some time. however i belive things to change during my travels, but this is the first layer of my thoughts...
and many more i´d like to share ...

I might go to Bogota, Colombia this summer and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about volunteering or doing internships or working in NGO/politics/international relations/human rights related fields. I'm not able to find anything!
