Hi, Could anyone give my husband and I some ideas for New Zealand. We will be going in September and have use of a camper van for three weeks, however, we would'nt mind going somewhere warmer for the last week, just perhaps for a beach week, obviously without the camper!! It is our 25th wedding anniversary and we want to pack in as much as poss.

My suggestion would be the Coromandel Peninsula.
Its fantastic up there and has a natural Hot Water Beach.
Great swimming and surfing.
Reply to this If you go to the Coromandel, don't miss Cathedral Cove. Bay of Islands (northern North Island) is nice too.
