Hi Ill be in Santiago for 24hrs before my friends arrive. Im 18 and female and am looking for somewhere safe, yet affordable for a night. Also Ill arrive about 2pm local time. Do you think it'd be OK to make my own way into the city, or would you suggest arranging pickup. I dont speak any spanish. Reply to this
