Doing at least 3 months in S America in 2008.

Will definitely be going to Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Bolivia, Colombia (Cartegena), possibly Chile and also upto Mexico.

Where will be the best place to study Spanish for a month??

You can study in any of those countries as long as you find educated people who can teach you proper language. It is like any other country. Reply to this
