I'm sure a lot of folks have made lists with their hopeful or already booked destinations. Please share your 2017 destinations and, even more challenging, travel resolutions!

JHG's blog 2014 A year of resolutions, challenges, habits. is a great example of interesting resolutions, especially while traveling. Reply to this

Hi!

I'm not able to travel this year... So my New Year's Resolution is to travel vicariously, by celebrating as many cultures and traditions as I can. I am going to celebrate every day and blog it here (otherwise I'll probably forget!). I've already celebrated three New Year's Day traditions by eating grapes, carrying suitcases and wearing coloured underwear, and today I celebrated Kakizome! Tomorrow I'll be preparing for Armenian Christmas, and after that the rest of January is pretty much sorted.

If you'd like to see what I'm up to (and encourage me to continue) please see my page www.mytb.org/scenicroute

Hi Heather -- very creative idea. I will also be vicariously enjoying traveler's blogs, and now that you've shared this, also vicariously enjoying yours!

I think my travel-related resolution will be to write at least one overdue blog (mayyyybe two, but not promising). 😉 Reply to this

I think the Lunar New Year is a big one celebrated my many Eastern countries in various ways. I also always loved Children's Day (from South Korea) when I was young as it was very fun to be feel that one was celebrated for being a child (I had no idea of the political history). However, I don't know of any ideas of what you could celebrate for upcoming days -- quite a resolution you've made! 😉 Reply to this

Hi all,
This year I have planned to go Israel with my family trip & already book the Israel tour package from Mantis Tourism & Attraction for the month of October. Previously my friend had also taken the services from that agency & suggested me. Reply to this

We have a trip planned for August & September.

I love the thought of new adventures and goals.
