I have a fiance in England and I would like to move with him next year. Problem is I just got a DUI misdemeanor. My punishment is fines and classes no jail time or probation. Will this be immediate grounds for refusal for my spouse visa? Or do I have a chance?

We get similar questions quite a bit and, while I don't know the definite answer, I wonder if you could contact your country's embassy within the UK to ask them? Otherwise, I will move this to the correct Chat forum and hopefully you will get some helpful answers.
