I will be traveling to Alessandria this summer to visit family. What is there to do / see ?
I am going to Italy for the first time and I will be in Alessandria to visit family for a few days.This family just moved back to Italy last year, after being gone for 50 years,so they are not up to date on the things to do / places to go visit. Does anyone know of any things that are good for both me and my family ? Or just for myself?

There are lots of museums there and events are taking place one at a time or simultaneously. There are Marengo Battle Museum, Sale d’arte, Antiquarium Forum Fulvii, Museo del Fiume to choose from that are good for the family. Festivals also happen every first weekend of July called Fraskettando SkaBluesJazz festivals. They showcased different artists already like Blues Brothers, Al Di Meola, Soft Machine, Mick Abrahams and Click Bunker.
If you like music, there are guitar competition called Michele Pittaluga International Guitar Competition and you can also visit International Rally the Madonnina dei Centauri.
