D is for Damascus, Syria (1952 when I was 2):

There are heaps of variations on the dosa theme... The crispy ones are called paper dosa or saada dosa. These thicker ones are sometimes called set dosa on menus, or utthappam if they have vegetable toppings. Reply to this
