Hopefully you'll get some specifics on Argentina soon - but in the meantime - based on my experiences learning Spanish in Guatemala 2.5 years ago (good grief! seems like last week) - I'd look for a few specific things:

Trained teachers - some of the dodgy outfits won't use trained teachers.

One on one lessons - groups are more fun - but you're forced too move at the speed of the slowest learner (if it feels too fast - you know what that means 😉)

Ask about the class rooms - how many one on one lessons would be taking place in the same room? More than a few and it will be very noisy.

Accomodation - the extra practice in a family placement will be helpful, but you feel that some of your freedom is lost, having to conform to the household rules. Staying in a dorm would be more fun - trade off - in a family home you'll get your own room! I stayed with a family - and have some fantastic memories of the experience.

Money - can't help there - I guess looking through some of the websites for quotes will give you a feel for it - bare in mind that as the US dollar is extremely weak prices on the websites might be out of date.

Hope that gives you some things to think about. Reply to this
