Things seems to have settled down in Norway and there trying to get back to normal.
Would there be any reason NOT to travel right now? My girlfriend seems to think its unstable and dangerous over there but I see no evidence or proof of this, there's no travel warnings out by the Canadian government. I feel its no more of a danger then it was before or any large center. You'll still have to use common sense and watch your back.
Reply to this Other than it being very expensive, there is no reason not to go. The guy that commited the murders is in jail. And despite the expense, Norway is absolutely wonderful...beautiful mountains and fjords, and really nice people. Go for it!
Reply to this I would go. A second terrorist attack that quickly after the first might be more unlikely to happen.
The only turn offs for me are the prices. I wouldn't spend too much time in Norway, but I hear it's still beautiful. Go for it. I'm sure Norway is one of the safest countries in Europe. The crime rates are relatively low.
Reply to this Hey mate,
I am in Sweden at the moment and have friends in Norway who say all is good. No worries at all about the locals, just the prices of things 😊
It is not worth worrying about such things as it is what he wants anyway.. Go and have a great time, it is a beautiful country!
