Is it possible to see Brazil, Bolivia, Peru and Northern parts of South America in three months by bus?

This is my first post on here so hello guys!

My self and my girlfriend are just beginning to plan a trip around 'Northern South America' for three months leaving the end of May 2011. I am just beginning my research and want to find out how possible it is to see a big chunk of Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, Equador and mmaybe Venuzzuala and Columbia soley by bus?

I have been looking at air fares but these are simply out of my price range. Is it feesable to travel such a long sitnace over a short amount of time and still see lots on o budget of aroun £2000 total for EVERYTHING?

Thanks for any input

The section of our trip, Iguacu Falls - Montevideo clockwise via Boliva, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela and Brazil took 14 / 15 weeks. There were a few times when we felt rushed and ideally would have taken a week or two more. Three months is not enough time.
Your budget (which is per person right ? ) is a bit tight, especially for Brazil which is an expensive country. The more time you spend in Bolivia (which is very cheap), Peru and Ecuador the further your money will go. Also use overnight buses, where they're safe, to save on accomodation costs. Reply to this
