working and traveling in south america
13 years ago, July 12th 2010 No: 1 Msg: #115493
Hello,

I am looking to travel to south america in august 2010, I have no time limit and want to see as much as possible, can anyone tell me if it would be easy to find work (any type) whilst traveling? Also do I need a visa to work?

Much appreciated 😊 Reply to this

You need a work visa to work anywhere in South America. Reply to this

while you need a visa to work, many tourists do work for cash and that type of thing.
you can try teaching english in a school, or also privately
or you can try working in tourism, such as at a tour agency or school
anything that caters to tourists in english, they want tourists for!
