Going to Santiago for 2 weeks and looking for some cool places to visit.
second week of sept i will be traveling to santiago for 2 weeks and i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of where i should go traveling. i just want to go to some close places around santiago. i will be traveling around chile and some other countries later on but i just need to know of some local surrounding areas. i am gonna hit the slopes once or twice i think so a recommendation would be appreciated. also just cool places. i am a backpacker so no hotels unless real cheap so i will be going hostel style. just let me know your info. thanks alot folks for your input and time.
