We manufacture vacuum equipment for materials handling. It is Wood's Powr-Grip. The av is one of our products. You can put a camera, spotting scope or gps on it. It will suck down to the side of a vehicle, window, or even the dash board. I got to work on the R&D on it in the early 80's.

Nothing right now, except the unpaid job(parenting). I used to work for a computer company. Last thing I did was provide technical support and training for the other technical support staff of the company. Before that, I was one of the technical support staff. Reply to this

I think so too, but doing it full time instead of working for money unfortunately earns little respect in our capitalist societies. Reply to this

It is a real pity that the good old fashioned values cant be retained while getting rid of the bad ones as a country becomes more modern. It is often a case of throwing out the baby with the bath water in my opinion. Reply to this

Yes. Thought long and hard about your question. You need to pay yourself - maybe not with cash but with savings. If you were working outside the house it would cost you how much to hire a maid? If you were working outside the house it would cost you how much to get daycare and would it ever be worth what you could do? If you were working outside the house it would cost you how much to purchase professional clothes? If you were working outside the house it would cost you how much to eat out because you were too tired to cook and the food would not be as good? If you were working outside the house it would cost you how much to ..... I could go on and on. What you are doing is worth more than you know. Reply to this

And I still found time to get into trouble.

And it is not all about whether working would be worth it moneywise or not. I just dont want somebody else bringing up my child. I only plan to be a mother once and I want to experience it, even if it means less respect from society. If we were to base what we do and how we are on how much respect it will earn us in Western society..... Well, it would be selling our souls in more ways than one. Reply to this

I work for my little brothers at my the family business. They stayed and earned the right to be management while I went off and followed a husband. But I do remind them that they are my baby brothers when they get out of line. LOL I am an internal auditor here. 😊 Reply to this

Indeed, being big sister makes you the boss. :D Tell them to pay you accordingly, or at least give you the prettiest office. 😉 Reply to this

If they aren't nice to me I threaten to tell stories about them from when they were young. And being older - I can remember things they can't LOL Reply to this
