Hello fellow travelers.

We are going to Africa next month or so from South America. Any suggestions on how to fly/get to Egypt cheaply? Has anyone ever hopped to the US or Europe to get a cheaper one-way? Any and all suggestions welcomed!!

Hi Christina,

You may find the way through Europe the cheaper. Go on the net, there are a lot of charters flighs from the UK, Germany and France.

Yo will I think have a cheaper price if you do break it in two.

Check also through South Africa. The is a direct flight from Sao Paolo to JNB and than you can connect on to Cairo....not sure this is going to be cheaper.

Don't think going through the States will be cheaper...long way anyway!

Have fun! Reply to this

I depends on which part of Africa you want to fly to. For instance, if you go to South Africa, the best ways are from Sao Paulo through South African Airways or from Buenos Aires. If you plan to go to the North of Africa, I think the best way is through Europe as from Spain to Morocco or any other country in the North. However, I heard that El Al from Israel started direct flights from Sao Paulo to Tel Aviv.
