Been to the south coast of peru?

hey guys,

could anyone recommend any particular cities, villages, activities and places to stay and eat on the south coast of Peru?

I was thinking of Canete, cerro azul, Paracas, Huacachina and Nazca.

i m travelling alone so if you can also think of anywhere NOT to stay.
