Thanks for posting that. I left Argentina about a month ago after spending over two months there bitching and whining about the limits on ATM withdrawls. All travelers discussed the same problems and nobody knew the reason why. I guess nobody REALLY knows why but there are many interesting speculations. Interesting..... Reply to this
