So my friends and I arrive in Lima from Ecuador at 8:30PM and we have a flight to Cusco leaving at 5:40AM the next morning, meaning we'll have to be back at 3AM. We are wondering if finding a hostel would even be worth it? We don't know if it's possible to just find a pub in the airport to chill in until they kick us out, and then find a place to snooze until it's time to check in for our flight. I also don't know the layout of the airport, or the security points...so if we go to the baggage claim to get our bags, will it be difficult to get back to a place where we can just sit around for a couple hours?
And what are the airport taxes like, if any, when flying throughout Peru? We also have a flight from Cusco to Puerto Maldonado and Puerto Maldonado to Lima.

Sleeping in Airports Reply to this Yeah you can do some airport camping there. The airport is nice and clean and there are plenty of places to sit down and take a snooze. There's really nothing around the airport, so its not worth going out of it. But if that's the kind of schedule you have, then there's no choice. And there are several places to eat in the airport to.
Reply to this Yep - I did it in May this year. The only issue I had was that the cleaners came in and I had to move a couple of times - upsetting my deep slumber!
