More on Lima

Just an update on our day today. Presently awaiting the arrival back at the hotel of those who did the Nazca lines tour today. Can't wait to hear how it was.

The resy of the group went to Villa El Salvadore. Words can't describe it so look it up on the Internet if you care to. Depressing, but encouraging as well. We stopped at a local market and each bought about $5 worth of rice, dry milk, cooking oil, etc for a communal kitchen where a group of women all cook together to feed the children.

Please forgive spelling errors I have no idea how to backspace on this keyboard.

No pics as yet since the computers in the hotel don't allow a USB connection.

We leave for Cusco at 8am tomorrow morning, so may not be posting for a day or so unless we have ready access to a computer or venture out to find one . Maybe Boris will know where to look.
