It's early morning and we are getting ready for a road trip to a teeny town called Conception. We are staying for the night. I think it's about a three hour drive and i'm hoping to stomach will be ok. Everyday it's been bothering me.
Thursday i was with the kindergarten kids at the daycare. It was fun. Helped them with colors and numbers. It was funny...on little boy kept correcting me on the way i said color in spanish. Got lots of hugs and snot wiped on my shirt. Don't know if i've mentioned how bad some of the kids teeth are. I can't imagine how painful it must be. Some are totally rotten.
Yesterday i did nothing at all. We went out for dinner which was great. You know, it's normal here for people to eat dinner at 10pm! We got there at 7 and it was pretty quiet. It was a nice restaurant so i felt pretty safe eating. After we walked around..it's so busy at night. Lots of kids in the intersections juggling flames trying to make some money. There are kids just standing around younger than Evan at 10 at night. Wearing nothing but shorts.
Better get a move on. I REALLY miss home and everyone there!
