Hope the second bridge is opening not closing

We are now back in Briare after having a very busy summer and autumn cruising season. This year we did over 2600 klms and 518 locks. From Lyon we went all the way up the Saone and Petite Saone , the Canal des Vosges to Nancy and then along The Canal Marne au Rhine to Strasbourg .
