... even better than the kaarage, it was far superior to yesterday's version. The noodles were more like udon, thick and chewy, in a spicy broth to which we could add more spicy miso paste. The broth was fantastic, with chunks of pork, potato, mushroom, carrot, suey choy, and yuba.
