... having missed out on shabu-shabu in Tokyo, we went out of our way to find it in Fujikawaguchiko. The Japanese eggplant was tasty, and the vermicelli with fried onion bits was interesting. A nice start to the meal, light and refreshing, and just enough to whet the appetite.
