Great in Theory, But Lacking in Execution ...

... the idea of a little personal grill was great, but the small fire underneath just didn't get hot enough to really sear anything, resulting in a dry, rubbery piece of fish. The skewer and oddly-shaped potato croquette fared a little better than the fish, but still were not prepared as well as they could have been.
