Chicken Flambe, Fried Fish, and Teddy Bears ...

... while cute, the teddy bears are annoying, as cramming that wonderful jasmine rice into molds compresses it, wrecking the texture. Both the chicken and fried fish (Tub Tim was the name?) were good, with the chicken juicy and the fish crispy and served with some crisp fresh peppercorns; however, they were a bit too similar, both served with a sort of sweet and sour sauce.
