... not quite French toast, but close enough! Served with a couple packs of fruit jam that had melted to the point that they had essentially turned to syrup. A nice change from the typical Bulgarian breakfast I've been having, especially when paired with a fine cup of coffee. A group of Italian guests was eating nearby ... funny how that despite only understanding about 10% of what they were saying, that's still about 9.9% more than I understand of Bulgarian!
