Cheap, But Filling ...
... accompanied by some toasted bread, perfectly charred with grill marks, dinner was three types of sausage. The coiled sausage may have been a type of Merguez, the patty was perfectly-cooked and juicy, and the kebapche was great, like always. With a nice shopska salad that wasn't suffocated in cheese as is common at many Bulgarian restaurants, the meal was filling without being too heavy. While I'm loving these simple Balkan meals, I'll probably get sick of this stuff as soon as my two weeks in Bulgaria are up - there really isn't a lot of variety in the cuisine here.
