Stan and I with Prem and Radha

Even though we worked hard and were all very serious about learning the fundamentals of a good yoga practice, every day there was laughter, smiles, and lots of positive energy. Prem often said that a smile while practicing is a sign of a good practice. That bit of wisdom is definitely going home with me.
