Day 30 – Barcelona and Homeward Bound

We were woken by the noise of the ship docking at about 5.00am this morning. This is one of the penalties for being on a lower deck at the back. The bow thrusters were in use. After a quick repack of the hand luggage to get everything left into the two small suitcases, we head off to the buffet for our last meal on-board. We are George & Theresa. We took early retirement at the end of 2010 and intended to spend an extended time travelling. First we visited our favourite location of Tenerife where we intended on staying for three or four months and possibly buying a property ready for our finally settling down. We have enjoyed our time here in Tenerife so much we have bought a property and have decided to change our travelling plans.
