Our morning tea stop

Just a little reccy, checking out freedom-of-choice camp areas. This is Beggs Bend. The road in was very dusty and the whole area is extremely dry and barren.
After Tocumwal.....

Our first night away from Tocumwal was at a quiet little spot 5km out of Moama, on the NSW side of the Murray opposite Echuca. Houseboats and speedboats plied the calm waters until just on dark. The following afternoon saw us settled into a lovely little rest area at Leitchville.
