Family Resort, Koh Tao - Room with a view

800 baht a night (16 quid). A very steep climb to get to, but beautifully decked out in dark wood, amazing balcony looking out on Tanote Bay. Accommodation was expensive on Koh Tao! Great snorkeling off the beach (around the rock you can just see through the rain). Very chilled beach with nice food. A bit remote to get to though - 200baht into main town.
