The Best Christmas Ever!
Now, I must go back and read your other blogs from this snowy journey! How fabulous to experience Yellowstone in the magical winter, whereas I, like most tourists, have only seen it in the easier seasons. I'm from coastal California, and like you Aussies, am enamored with the snow though I, maybe like you, found it pretty difficult when I fell in above my knees. I love that you saw so many animals even though it was winter--our California coyotes are much thinner. I must say, I was shocked at the prices (I'm a backpacker/camper), so thanks for letting me experience these grand tours, cabins and yummy meals through you. Thanks, especially, for telling of the Christmas meeting with volunteer Charlie--this could be my future position if/when I return from South America! Happy travels!
