Empanada

On Thursday Gretchen and I ate lunch at an Argentine restaurant. I really wanted an empanada de carne, but the waiter said they were out of them. After talking to him a bit, I found out that he had lived in a city in Argentina that I served in when I was a missionary. A couple of minutes later he came out with an empanada that he had the cook make just for me! It was really good--I had forgotten how much I loved them when I lived in Argentina!!!
