February 6th 2013 We were probably the only people who had jet lag from Hong Kong to Phuket! It was only a three-hour flight, but it departed Hong Kong at midnight, so by the time we arrived at the hotel it was 4.30 in the morning! Sleep deprivation may have prevented us from doing 7am yoga, but it certainly wasn’t going to stop us doing bodyfit at Naiharn beach!
