After a lovely day in Todi we ended up on the shores of Lake Bolsena. Lake Bolsena lies in the Lazio region of Italy . The lake is an extinct volcanic crater. The last time we saw Bolsena was from the air when we travelled from Manchester to Rome. Bolsena looked a pretty town and if we had time we intended to visit later in the day.
